A Liam Pest Solutions branded service truck arriving at a residential home

About Liam Pest Solutions.

Liam Pest Solutions is a new residential pest control company serving all five NYC boroughs, Nassau’s North Shore, and Western Suffolk. We are building a field team around quality, clear communication, reliable service, and pride in the work.

The role.

You will run residential pest control stops the right way: inspect, treat, explain, document, and leave every home better than you found it. You will work under clear field standards, take pride in the truck and uniform, and help us build a dense, high-quality route book across the NYC metro.

What you will own day to day.

  • Complete scheduled residential services on time.
  • Inspect for pests, treat with care, and explain findings in plain language.
  • Follow safety rules and label directions every time.
  • Keep notes, photos, and service records clean.
  • Text or call ahead when the process calls for it.
  • Protect the home with clean work habits, shoe covers when needed, and a respectful presence.
  • Care for truck inventory, personal protective equipment, and equipment.
  • Escalate tough jobs quickly instead of guessing.

What success looks like.

  • Customers ask for you back.
  • Stops are thorough without wasted time.
  • Callbacks drop because the first visit was right.
  • Routes stay on schedule.
  • You make the brand look professional on every doorstep.

Requirements.

  • One or more years of professional pest control technician experience, or strong related field-service experience with willingness to train into pest work.
  • New York pesticide credentials for residential work, or ability to obtain them on a clear timeline before independent route work.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Reliable, on time, and careful with customer homes.
  • Clear communication with homeowners.
  • Ability to work outdoors and indoors, climb stairs, and handle physical field work.
  • Ability to pass background and employment checks.
  • Comfort covering the five boroughs and Long Island as routes require.

Nice to have.

  • Category 7A and/or Category 7C already held.
  • Residential recurring-route experience.
  • Rodent, cockroach, ant, bed bug, or mosquito and tick experience.
  • Bilingual English and Spanish.
  • Prior work at a quality-focused local company or national brand branch.

What we offer.

  • Competitive pay.
  • Benefits package for full-time team members.
  • Company support for truck, tools, uniform, and personal protective equipment as the role requires.
  • Clear standards and coaching instead of chaos.
  • Room to grow as the route book grows.
  • A direct, respectful culture with a short chain of command.
